Box Office for 2023 will open February 6th at 10:00 am for online sales and February 13th at 10:00 am for box office sales. All tickets are pay what you can with a suggested donation of $17 for all evening performances, $15 for all matinees, and $12 for Senior Night on the 23rd. Box office is located at Bonanzaville, 1351 Main Ave W, West Fargo, ND.

There will be a seven day hold on reserved ticket orders made by phone for receipt of payment. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your tickets mailed to you. If payment is not received within seven days, tickets will be released for sale.
Mail order reservations are accepted only when accompanied by a check or money order. Please make checks payable to Harwood Prairie Playhouse and include a message indicating the performance requested and the number of tickets. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your tickets mailed to you.

If an order for tickets is received shortly before a performance and tickets aren't able to be paid for or mailed due to time constraints, tickets will be held at the box office until 7:15 for a 7:30 show and 1:45 for a 2:00 show. If tickets are not picked up at that time, they will be released for resale.
Seniors receive a $5.00 discount for attending the Senior Night performance on March 23.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Tickets can be exchanged for another performance if you are unable to attend on your scheduled date. Refunds are only available if tickets are resold and a 24-hour notice has been given. In the event of a cancellation of a performance, refunds will be given. If payments were made with a credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. Payments made with cash or check, will receive a refund per check. If a performance is cancelled, please allow time for HPP to process the refund.
